Refund Policy

1. General Refund Terms

All payments made for the purchase of challenges are final. The fees are non-refundable (both full and partial refunds) once you have started trading on your Challenge Account.

You have 14 days from the purchase date to request the cancellation of services and a refund. To do so, please contact us via email at [email protected].

However, no refunds will be issued if you have accessed your Challenge Account and started trading.

All refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing times may vary, and refunds can take up to 14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

2. Account Inactivity & Deactivation

Challenge Accounts that remain inactive for 30 consecutive days will be automatically deactivated, and no refund will be issued. To prevent this, we advise you to execute at least one trade within this period.

3. Defective Performance & Digital Products

We cannot guarantee the quality of services as they rely on third-party technology providers.

If the product or service you purchased does not correspond to what was agreed upon or has not been provided, you may exercise your rights related to defective performance under UK consumer law.

To report a defect, please contact us at [email protected] without delay.

If a defect is confirmed, you may request:

  • A remedy for the defect (e.g., service correction or replacement), or
  • A reasonable discount on the price paid.

4. Simulated Funded Accounts

If you wish to terminate your Simulated Funded Account Agreement, you must notify us within 30 days. No additional fees will be charged upon termination.

If the company decides to withdraw you from the Simulated Funded Account program, no refund will be issued.

We reserve the right to cancel, suspend, or deactivate your Account and/or Challenge if you breach our Terms and Conditions.
